Samhain Altar by KlickWitch Samhain Altar by KlickWitch
Samhain was a few days ago, and even though I don't have a coven to celebrate with, I still find ways to celebrate with friends, family and by myself. I did a fun drawing of what i would like to have my altar look more like some day :)

Cool! That'll be a pretty altar once you've realized your idea in 3D. :)

Sure!
Samhain is normally celebrated on October 31st (may 1st South) and marks the end of the harvest season, and the start of the winter. It's a time when the line between life and death is very thin and thus is a perfect time to reconnect with loved ones passed. You can celebrate by visiting a loved one's grave. If you have no loved ones berried, you could visit a local semetary and contemplate on the spiritual energy. A lot of people also celebrate the end of the harvest with a big feast.
Pot lucks are common.
